Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our friendly Advensa Travel representative will greet you outside the terminal holding a signboard with our logo. We’ll drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, enjoying the scenic views of river gorges and charming towns along the way. You can stop for local dishes near Kuritar/Mugling. In the evening, we’ll take a peaceful boat ride on Fewa Lake, with stunning reflections of Mount Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna Range. For a quicker option, we can also fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu in just 25 minutes.
We offer jeep rides directly to Ulleri, bypassing the steep 3,000-step staircase, making it ideal for families or older travelers. After breakfast, we'll drive, with permit checks in Birethanti and Hile. The road is smooth to Nayapul, then rougher towards Ulleri. Once we reach Ulleri, we'll begin our first hike to Banthanti, where we’ll enjoy the scenic surroundings and take in the beauty of the trek's beginning. We’ll stay overnight at a guesthouse in Banthanti.
The trek from Banthanti to Ghorepani is a longer but gentler ascent, offering stunning views of Himchuli. We’ll pass through Nangethanti, a peaceful stop, before heading to Ghorepani, where our permits will be rechecked. Ghorepani offers modern facilities like hot water, stores, and bakeries. We start early with a 45-minute climb to Poon Hill for a stunning sunrise and panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, and Fishtail. After enjoying the breathtaking view, we head back to Ghorepani. From there, we trek through Deurali village and beautiful rhododendron forests, with clear views of Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Fishtail, and Annapurna along the way. Our day ends with an overnight stay at a comfortable guesthouse in Tadapani, where we will enjoy a delicious dinner and rest for the night, soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
After a beautiful sunrise, we begin our trek on easy, mostly flat trails, passing through dense forests and the village of Bhaisi Kharka. We visited the Annapurna Conservation Office and the Gurung community, eventually reaching Ghandruk. Here, we explore the Gurung Museum and enjoy stunning views of Annapurna, Himchuli, and Machhapuchhre.
As our trek to Poon Hill ends, we enjoy an easy, scenic walk-through fields and downhill paths. After crossing the final bridge, we reach Kimche, then take a jeep back to Pokhara, soaking in the beautiful landscapes. The memories and bonds we've formed will stay with us long after the trek.
