Itinerary: Day 1 to Day 14

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our friendly Advensa Travel representative will greet you outside the terminal holding a signboard with our logo. From there, you will be comfortably transferred to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned tourist vehicle, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free start to your journey.

Arrival in Kathmandu (1035m)

On the second day, you'll start with a hearty breakfast at your hotel before preparing for your journey to Pokhara. Departing by tourist vehicle, you’ll travel along the scenic Prithvi Highway. As you drive, you'll pass through beautiful landscapes—lush greenery, rolling hills, and charming villages. The road will take you closer to the majestic mountains, and you'll catch glimpses of their snow-capped peaks. After this picturesque journey, you’ll reach Pokhara, often referred to as the "City of Lakes," where you can enjoy its serene beauty and stunning lakes.

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (845m) duration (around 7 hrs)

After breakfast in Pokhara, we head to Birethanti and begin our trek through the village, following the Modi Khola River. The trail is easy and scenic, passing through dense forests and villages like Ramghai, Sudame, Hile, and Tikhedunga. The path is peaceful, with beautiful natural surroundings. Once we reach Ulleri, we’ll face the challenge of climbing over 3,000 stone steps to reach our next destination. The climb is tough, but the views along the way make it rewarding.

Drive to Birethanti and Trek to Ulleri (1040m) duration (around 2 hours of drive and 4 hours of trek)

After breakfast, we start our steep trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani, passing through dense rhododendron forests. The trail gradually ascends, and along the way, we’ll pass through small villages like Banthanti and Nangethanti. As we continue, the views become more spectacular, and we’ll finally reach Ghorepani at 2,850 meters. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the towering Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South, a perfect reward for the challenging trek.

Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2880m) duration (around 5 hrs)

Wake up early for a sunrise hike to Poon Hill, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Annapurna range and Dhaulagiri as the sun rises over the peaks. After the hike, return to Ghorepani for breakfast. Then, begin your trek to Chuile, passing through the village of Tadapani. As you descend, the landscape changes from high-altitude forests to subtropical vegetation, with occasional glimpses of the Himalayas along the way.

Trek from Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Chuile (3210) duration (around 8 hrs)

Today, we trek from Tadapani (2,630m) to Chhomrong, a journey that takes us through dense forests and scenic villages. The trail includes steep climbs, stone steps, and rocky terrain, providing a challenging but rewarding experience. As we ascend and descend, the path offers stunning views of the majestic Machapuchare and Annapurna South, towering above the landscape. The trek also gives you a chance to observe local life in the villages, with traditional homes and terraced fields dotting the hillside. Trek from Chiule to Chhomrong (2170m) duration (around 5 hrs)

After breakfast, we begin our trek steeply down from Chhomrong (2,170m), passing through terraced fields and dense rhododendron forests. The path crosses the Chhomrong Khola before beginning the ascent towards Sinuwa (2,340m). From there, we continue through tranquil bamboo forests, making our way to Bamboo (2,345m). The trail gradually climbs to Dovan (2,600m), where the peaceful surroundings allow for a quiet and serene atmosphere. Along the way, you'll be treated to stunning views of Machapuchare and Annapurna, which provide a beautiful backdrop as we make our way through the lush landscape.

Descend from Chhomrong to Dovan (2600m) duration (around 6 hrs)

After breakfast at Dovan (2,600m), we begin our gradual trek to Deurali (3,230m), passing through rhododendron and bamboo forests and stopping by the Himalaya Hotel. Once we reach Deurali, we’re rewarded with stunning views of the towering Machapuchare and Annapurna peaks. This peaceful spot offers a great opportunity to rest and acclimatize, preparing us for the next leg of our journey toward Base Camp. The crisp mountain air and serene surroundings make it an ideal place to pause and take in the beauty of the Himalayas.

Dovan to Deurali (3230m) duration (around 5 hrs)

After breakfast at Deurali (3,230m), trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) through rocky terrain with stunning views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare. Pass through Bamboo and MBC before reaching Base Camp after 4-5 hours. Enjoy panoramic views of the Annapurna massif, including Annapurna I and Machapuchare.

Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) duration (around 6 hrs)

After visiting Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m), trek back to Bamboo (2,345m) through MBC and Deurali. The descent takes you through changing landscapes, from alpine terrain to rhododendron forests, with stunning views of Annapurna and Machapuchare. After 6-7 hours, relax in the peaceful village of Bamboo.

Trek Back from ABC to Bamboo (2310m) duration (around 7 hrs)

After breakfast at Bamboo (2,345m), trek to Jhinu Danda (1,780m), passing through Dovan and Sinuwa. The trail descends through rhododendron and bamboo forests, with a brief climb to Chhomrong Khola. After crossing the bridge, continue to Jhinu Danda, where you can relax in natural hot springs.

Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1780m) duration (around 7 hrs)

After breakfast at Jhinu Danda (1,780m), trek to Pokhara (827m), passing through Chhomrong, Tadapani, Ghorepani, and Birethanti. Descend to Nayapul (1,070m) and drive to Pokhara. Relax and reflect on your adventure in this beautiful lakeside city.

Jhinu Danda to Pokhara (845m) duration (around 4 hrs)

After spending some time in Pokhara, it’s time to begin the journey back to Kathmandu.
